Sorry to see the van go as it’s been great to use for lugging bikes and paddle boards about.Engine fault – unknownThis is what happened when it stopped working… put the van into 5th gear and started to accelerate, it then appeared to lose power, the steering went stiff and lights on the dashboard lit up and the engine cut out like it stalled. We didn’t hear a bang as we had the music on at the time. I tried to turn the van over after coming to a stop but it made a rattling noise so stopped and phoned recovery. It does have power when the ignition is turned on.Too good to scrap? Project? No breakage – no time sorryNo time wasters. Please make contact straight away after the auction ends.
